Return Policy

This policy applies only to items purchased on mrkooltech.com. Items are eligible for return, refund, or replacement if they meet the following conditions:

The received item differs from what was ordered.
The item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
The item does not match the description on the product page.
The received quantity differs from what was ordered.
The item is missing parts or accessories as listed on the product page.
Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be transferred to your account. For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your mrkooltech.com wallet.
A 360° parcel opening video and proper images with the shipping label intact are mandatory for return requests.
Returned items must be in their original unused condition, with all original accessories, tags, manuals, and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
Slight color variations due to different screen technologies do not qualify for returns unless the color is entirely different from what was shown on the product page.
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our criteria.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, the product may have been shipped, and you will not be eligible for a cancellation refund.
Provide a valid reason for cancellation in your request.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
