Refund and Returns Policy

This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made on mrkooltech.com.

Items are eligible for return, refund, or replacement under the following conditions:

The item received is different from what was ordered.
The item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
The item does not match the product description on the website.
The quantity delivered does not match the order.
The item is missing parts or accessories listed on the product page.
Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your mrkooltech.com wallet.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from our side.

To process a return, you must provide the following:

A 360° unboxing video showing the parcel’s opening.
Clear images of the item, shipping label, and any visible damage or discrepancies.

Requests without proper proof will not be entertained.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accessories, manuals, price tags, and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during return transit. The company is not liable for damage incurred during this process.
For color discrepancies, minor variations due to screen settings, lighting, or other factors are not eligible for return. Returns are only accepted if the delivered color is entirely different from what was displayed (e.g., ordered blue but received brown).

Reverse shipping for courier returns or customer-initiated returns (for any reason) will be chargeable.
If approved, both forward and reverse shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to reject return, refund, or replacement requests if the conditions above are not met or if the request is deemed unreasonable.

Cancellations are accepted if requested within 12 hours of purchase. A full refund will be provided if the product has not yet been shipped.
Cancellation requests must include a valid reason. Orders without a proper reason for cancellation will not be processed.
After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible as the product might already be shipped.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method or mrkooltech.com wallet.

To ensure the right purchase:

Confirm that the product meets your size, purpose, and usage requirements.
Review product specifications carefully, such as GSM, thread counts, weight, and dimensions.
Understand that slight color variations may occur due to screen differences (technology, brightness, viewing angle, etc.).
