For orders above INR 1000, shipping is complimentary, while for orders below that, the cost depends on the total weight. Domestic buyers receive their orders through registered domestic courier companies or speed post. Shipments are dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days or as per the agreed delivery date, subject to courier/postal service norms. The company is not liable for any delays by the courier/postal authorities but ensures the consignment is handed over to them within 2 working days from the order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date. Deliveries are made to the registered address as per the payment method, and the company is not responsible for any damage during transit. All company products are customized or made to order.
